Seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join a national high end retail business in Keysborough. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a large warehouse and leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities;
- Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products
- Ensure the accuracy of inventory and timely fulfillment of customer orders
- Monitor the performance and reporting of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound & inventory control
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety and health regulations
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Manage budgets & offer solutions
- Proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders
About you;
- 3+ yrs warehouse management experience
- Ability to support a high performing team
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures & best practices
- Demonstrated ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
