About the Role
You will provide high quality IT Helpdesk support to Manningham Council’s staff and Councillors, working in a dynamic team with an emphasis on maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.
Skills and Experience
- Exceptional customer service skills essential.
- Tertiary qualified in Information Technology or related discipline.
- Relevant work experience in similar IT Support roles.
- Experience working with Office 365/Windows 10/Adobe Suite.
- Able to support all levels of the organisation.
- Able to explain technical concepts in clear non-technical terms.
- Excellent communication skills including impeccable telephone manner.
- Experience working with AD & Azure AD.
- Experience working with Exchange 365, Microsoft In-tune and SCCM.
