Your new role as Retail Sales Assistant:
We are looking for casual Retail Sales Assistants at a flagship Vinnies store in Byron Bay 2481, a shop full of good quality treasures. Your great fashion sense, good visual merchandising and strong focus in providing customers with exceptional in-store shopping experience are equally important to this role. Having a good knowledge of the local area and customer product or brand preferences will be an advantage. You will work closely with team members who have the drive and commitment to achieve the store and team's sales targets.
The Retail Sales Assistant will:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with Vinnies policies and procedures
- Replenish stock on the sales floor
- Use your creative flair in assisting with visual merchandising
- Sort and price items according to Vinnies pricing guidelines
- Contribute to achieving sales targets of the store.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility and availability during weekends and peak times
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Energetic drive to support the team in achieving sales targets
- Understanding of fashion and trends
