Description:

Personal Assistant - Audit and Assurance
As a Personal Assistant at Moore Australia (VIC), your Directors and team will look to you for support from an administrative and operational level. This role will see you supporting the Directors and the team in our Audit and Assurance division.
You will be the go-to person for high-level administrative support for the Directors and the team, coordinating a wide range of incoming and outgoing communication and documentation to both internal and external stakeholders.
We are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude, with previous personal assistant experience in a professional services environment, who is excellent at multi-tasking, shows great initiative and has high attention to detail.


The role will include, but not limited to:

  • Building strong relationships with the Audit and Assurance Directors and provide them with executive support
  • High level email and diary management for the Audit and Assurance Directors.
  • Working in conjunction with the Audit Virtual Assistant for team administrative tasks.
  • Proactively plan and coordinate meetings
  • Preparation and drafting of documents, e.g. client proposals, engagement letters
  • Organising team events/functions
  • Assisting with project work
  • Monthly client billing
  • Assist and attend internal and client events as required
  • Assisting the Firm Risk Manager with administrative tasks



The successful candidate will have the following:
  • Proven Personal Assistant experience, ideally within the professional services industry
  • Be proactive and takes initiative
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships, trust, and rapport quickly
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to learn
