Quest Mont Albert is a 50-room property located in the leafy suburbs of Melbourne's Eastern suburbs, Mont Albert. Quest Mont Albert has an exciting opportunity available for a dynamic and driven Front Office Receptionist to join the team.

Quest Mont Albert is seeking a Casual OR Part-Time Hotel Front Office Receptionist (Guest Service Agent) to join its team of superstars!!

The position involves all aspects of front office reception, including providing friendly, personalised customer service while checking in and out guests. Respond to accommodation enquiries via the phone, email or in person; promoting the business to achieve accommodation sales, processing reservations, assisting corporate and leisure guests, and ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk.

The successful applicants will demonstrate a passion for customer service, strong skills in promoting, selling and closing accommodation services and facilities, excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, experience with front office booking systems, strong attention to detail, and a high standard of personal presentation. Previous front office/reception experience in a hotel / serviced apartment property environment is not essential. Experience within the Quest network together with sales and industry qualifications will be highly regarded.

The successful applicants must be available to work flexible shifts including AM and PM shifts across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Job Types: Casual, Permanent Part-Time

Salary: $27.00 – $37.00 per hour
